I am an extremely proud mommy to Kaylin Joy, my little miracle. Kaylin was due to arrive just days before Christmas but she was born on October 6th, I guess she didn't want to share her birthday with all of the other holiday celebrations! Born at just 29 weeks Kaylin spent almost 2 months in the neonatal intensive care unit. We are blessed that Kaylin has been so healthy and had only minor complications from her early birth.
Every day, thousands of babies are born too soon, too small and often very sick. I'm walking in honor of Kaylin in the March for Babies and because I want to help future babies.
